Migjorn Formentera is located south of the Pitiusa Menor, Formentera. The beach is beautiful and its crystal clear waters. It consists of spectacular fauna and marine vegetation, thousands of colorful fish and plants hide under its waters. Without agglomerations, it remains as if it had never been conquered by man. It is a wonderful bay of around 6 miles, with a background of 2 miles (1 mile = 1,852 km). That translated, it means that we have about 11 km of beach to explore. It is one of the most pristine beaches in the area and more charming. From the sea, aboard our rental boats Formentera you can distinguish perfectly three areas: the east face of Cabo Barbaría, the beach of Migjorn itself, and the cliffs of La Mola.
What to see in Migjorn?

For you to know, on the Migjorn beach you can contemplate the sunset, from the cliffs of Cova Forada. The sunset there is really wonderful. Migjorn Formentera, tripartite
The cove or bay of Migjorn is divided into three quite different areas:
- The east face of Cabo Barbaría. Coast of cliffs and small coves, although very picturesque that you will visit on board Formentera boat rental. Used by fishermen as a refuge for many years. They stand out for their great beauty the torrent Fondo and the one of La Alga, they make the practice of snorkeling is simply marvelous. In this area we can anchor in probes from 5 to 10 meters on rock bottoms. - Migjorn beach. It measures about 2.5 miles, from La Mola to Cap de Barbaria or Cabo Barbaría. In this beach, there are totally urbanized areas, such as Ca Marí in the center, with more intimate spaces in the east end.
- Cliffs of La Mola at your feet you will see two small coves, Caló de’s Morts or Es Ram. Unique places to enjoy together with your family, friends or as a couple. You will swim in one of the most spectacular waters of the Pitiusas Islands. We are sure that every bath you take in these waters will give you back months or even years of life.
Tips for boat rental
Attention, there are many restingas and dry so we always tell you the advantages of carrying a sailor on board. He will make sure that your day on the boat is perfect. The biggest occupation that you should have will be to apply the sun cream every so often to protect your skin from the sun. Staying hydrated is also important. And when I say hydrated, I mean that you have to drink water, since there are drinks that instead of hydrating, dehydrate, as are alcoholic beverages. Do you think you can do it? How to access the Restaurants of Formentera
One of the most common ways to access the restaurants of Migjorn, is with one of our sailboats, catamarans, boats … the one you like. It is not an easy place to disembark since there is no type of dock. There is a slab that runs almost all the beach, right on the shore.
